ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a data scientist to help us discover hidden information in vast amounts of data, and make educated decisions to come up with even better products. Your primary focus will be building high-quality prediction systems integrated with our products.
Some of the special challenges you’ll be taking on
- Developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Using predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences
- Optimizing of the application for maximum speed and performance
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD MATCH
- 4+ years of proven experience writing machine learning in Tensorflow / Scikit learn / R
- Experience with text classification
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
- Good scripting and programming skills
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with deep learning
- Interest in HR-Tech field
